In order to keep your lovely jewelry in perfect condition, I always advise keeping items out of contact with any chemicals, strong perfumes or water.
Please don’t use any chemicals to clean them. A simple polishing cloth can do that 🙂

REFUND POLICIES
Please note the following terms and conditions for returns:
– If the customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons, they are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping and customs fees. In such cases, the customer will only receive a refund for the price of the item. If the item was shipped for free, the refund will be 80% of the price they paid for the product.
– If the reason for the return is due to a mistake from our part, we will gladly accept the return and fully refund the customer for the total cost, including both the item price and shipping cost.

If you would like to return your purchase, please first contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
In order to receive a refund, you must:
• Return the item in perfect condition at the original packaging, unworn.
• Make sure that you will not write the cost on the envelope or bag because it will go through customs check and you will need to pay a big fee for me to receive it.
•Please make sure to include the receipt in the package.

Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. In order to return an item, you must ship the package back to me at your expense. When I will receive the package back then I will issue a refund excluding shipping costs. All earrings are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, for hygiene reasons.

Not Received Orders – Returned Orders
Buyers have the ability to ask for a refund of the amount of their order except the shipping costs in case of unreceived orders. We also have the ability to resend the package that you haven’t received, after paying the amount of new shipping costs as it’s also written in the same section as previous.
